Based upon new information coming to light, ETP urges all "Ordained" Members of Ethnos360 to INVESTIGATE FOR YOURSELVES(*) whether or not 'YOU' may be required BY LAW to be a "Mandatory Reporter" of Sexual Abuse depending on the jurisdiction you are serving in.
In fact, 'some' States define the reporting obligation to include (even) "SUSPECTED Child Sexual Abuse". If that is the case for your situation, NOT REPORTING might be a serious crime, up to Felony status.
(*) ETP encourages Members to seek personal legal advice 'outside' the Mission Hierarchy which is often untrustworthy, and even self-serving. Please do not provide 'cover' for corrupt E360 Leaders, even if you happen to like them.
What do we mean? As is documented by GRACE and from other public sources, Mission Legal Counsel, IN THE PAST, on more than one occasion, has advised Leadership to destroy evidence of Suspected or Admitted Child Sexual Abuse in their possession, AND LEADERS ACTUALLY DID THAT!
Fast forward to 2024, this is a new era, and if YOU were a "Mandatory Reporter" and an investigation reveals that you had "knowledge of suspected abuse" but for 'any' reason (including feared retaliation by Leadership for coming forward) you have not reported, perhaps after relying upon bad legal advice from HQ, it will not be a valid 'personal' defense for 'you'!
Do not panic, but DO VERIFY your 'potential' risk.
ETP's ONLY FOCUS is in exposing corruption and potentially illegal actions by men in E360 Leadership. ETP does not want any faithful Members implicated who have no concept they might be "enabling" wrongdoing by men they trust.

IN CASE THERE IS ANY CONFUSION - You 'do not' have to have been (or currently be) in an "Executive Leader" position within Ethnos360 in order to be caught up in a present 'or' future Criminal Investigation into E360 Personnel for hiding CSA!
(CSA = Child Sexual Abuse)
As is detailed in Scripture, allowing open sin without rebuke, including publicly if necessary, (which is in progress on this website), is a violation of God's principles.
Also detailed on this website, in many jurisdictions, not reporting CSA is 'criminal'.
If you meet 'any' of the following criteria, you are potentially* at personal risk of serious charges depending upon the Legal Jurisdiction where you "minister":
- You are "ordained" by E360, so you are "clergy", even if not a "pastor"
- Regardless of your 'position' in E360, you knew of (even) 'suspected' CSA
- You knew that, by Policy or Law, E360 Child Safety 'should be' notified
- You knew that E360 Child Safety 'was' notified, but failed to report (FTR)
- You agreed to help monitor or 'hold accountable' someone suspected of CSA, who had not been reported to outside authorities for 'any' reason
- You bought into the Leadership Lie that "protecting the work of E360 worldwide" was the highest priority, above "Mandatory CSA Reporting"
- You did not PERSONALLY verify your obligations and instead you relied upon (proven-to-be-compromised) Ethnos360 Leadership for guidance.

UPDATE - Ethnos Truth Project has requested that you and others* within E360 Leadership be investigated for your ALLEGED criminal actions and REPORTED direct involvement in Cover-ups of known or suspected Sexual and Other Abuse.
(*) "others" are defined here as an ever-growing list of men in E360 Leadership that have 'not' reported CSA according to the Mandatory Reporting Laws.
As the Director Of Child Safety at E360, and as a long-time E360 Executive Member, you have not denied previous allegations of malfeasance against you, nor have you provided any proof that you are not directly involved in serious malfeasance as is ALLEGED by many persons outside of ETP.
ETP is NOT threatening nor coercing BRIAN COOMBS or any Member of E360 in any manner, however, ETP is doing everything in our (limited) power to have ALLEGED wrongful actions fully investigated by Law Enforcement and other Agencies and Authorities.
ETP does not have any burden of proof except to justify to Law Enforcement (with evidence provided) the 'good-faith basis' ETP has for requesting criminal investigations.

Since you and other E360 Leaders seem almost allergic to Truth and Transparency, it is going to arrive from the outside in venues that you cannot control. It looks to ETP like NDA's and intimidation are losing their effectiveness. We understand from our sources that several families who you apparently thought you'd managed to get rid of forever are steadily preparing to publicly expose what you and others in E360 Leadership did to them while trying to protect the Ethnos360 brand instead of preventing more Abuse like you claim publicly.

All of those recent confidential emails are from persons ALLEGING that [EXECUTIVES, NAMES REDACTED BY ETP] have "personal knowledge of potential Child Abuse" occurring within Ethnos360 since 2020, but [NAMES REDACTED] are ALLEGED as having failed to fully follow up to make certain that ALL potential victims have been contacted, and the known risks are actually eliminated, and not shielded, as ALLEGED.

HOWEVER... there is a very disturbing continuing pattern of allegations against E360 Leadership generally, that not all Abuse within E360 is "Historic" as is claimed.
Could some E360 Executives be innocent of some things that others are alleged to have done? ABSOLUTELY. Based upon evidence ETP has seen, given the Fiduciary Duties all Executives have, exoneration of everything alleged is UNLIKELY.
Has ANYONE in E360 Leadership reached out to ETP to provide any actual proof such serious allegations are unfounded? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
In the documented past, Ethnos' response to such allegations has been to 'lawyer up' while professing their complete innocence, and dismissing all allegations as "baseless". The list of Topics below relate to RECENT ALLEGATIONS of Leadership Misconduct (these are not "historical" cases like E360 wishes they were and none of these allegations have been "investigated" even by the "IHART sham"!)

- Leadership inaction regarding failure to properly report suspected Abuse which allegedly happened at E360 facilities in the USA or Overseas.
- Leadership allegedly refusing to remove alleged Abusers of any age or gender from E360 Facilities worldwide as a necessary preventative measure to protect innocent persons at those facilities.
- Alleged failure by Leadership Personnel to pro-actively notify families whose minor children may have been subjected to Abuse by persons which were identified to Leadership as being reasonably suspected of Abuse, but for unknown reasons the Abusers were shielded.
- Relocation of alleged or suspected Abusers from where they were stationed to any other location within E360, while failing to notify persons in the new location that the person being re-located was suspected or alleged to have abused previously.
- Alleged misuse or redirection of funds to other purposes not disclosed to the donor at the time the donation was made. ETP is aware of and has published below the recent change in the Donor Disclosure which permits E360 to use donated funds for any purpose as determined by E360. The new disclosure appears to be in conflict with other representations E360 has published elsewhere.
- Alleged refusal by the Executive Board to allow the investigation of serious misconduct allegations made against a fellow Board Member.
- ANY OF 1-6 ABOVE, BUT SPECIFICALLY IN PNG 2012 - PRESENT
- ANY OF 1-6 ABOVE, BUT SPECIFICALLY MTC IN MISSOURI and/or USA.

Unlike us, you in Mission Leadership had a "Fiduciary Duty" to do "Due Diligence"! All of you spectacularly failed to meet your solemn obligations, or else the results of the investigation which led to this website would not have been necessary!

The 2010 G.R.A.C.E. Report recommended NTM Attorney Scott Ross should not be allowed to participate in anything regarding NTM Child Abuse Investigations. Did NTM miss the memo?

We know it. They know it.
