WHISTLE-BLOWERS TELL US THAT ETHNOS HAS "WEAPONIZED" NDA's
NDA's are Non-Disclosure Agreements between two parties which can be legitimately used to protect sensitive information such as the privacy of victims of child abuse.
NDA's can also be 'abused' by Mission Leaders as a way to intimidate and silence members (or former members) who may have direct knowledge of unethical or even illegal behavior by Executives who are covering up malfeasance which they may try to justify as being "necessary" to protect the organization from liability or some other (illegitimate) excuse.
Multiple whistle-blowers we have spoken with tell us that they themselves, and others they can name, have been in fear of speaking out about what is described as the "weaponization" of NDA's by Ethnos360.
What does that scary "weaponization" term imply?
It means that the fear of legal retaliation from Ethnos Leaders has caused those whistle-blowers to remain silent about very disturbing events they witnessed going on behind closed doors at NTM/Ethnos over a period of years which had "nothing to do with protecting privacy" which is what they were told was the purpose.
The unsettling stories detailing the inner workings of NTM/Ethnos that were given to us (and corroborated by other witnesses they provided) set off alarm bells for different reasons than were originally intended by the whistle-blowers. We applaud their bravery in speaking out about E360 Leadership Malfeasance despite their NDA's.
We were stunned to discover that some of what they had knowledge of, which they viewed as unethical behavior, from our experience, is potentially even 'criminal' because of the subject matter and the actions by leaders. Obviously we are not qualified to do anything besides alert State and Federal Authorities who 'are' qualified to act.
Now, they have the roadmap.
Related to our Weaponized NDA story, Warren Smith is the head of MinistryWatch.org which is a charity ratings and watchdog organization. When we contacted him to ask why the ministry Watch page for Ethnos360 showed that Ethnos doesn't use NDA's when we knew for a fact they use at least 'two' types, Warren responded with the highlighted email in this block.
We sent Ministry Watch 'two' examples of Ethnos360's NDA's which prompted Warren to respond with the 2nd email we posted here.
What Ethnos Leadership does not seem to comprehend (yet) is that it is not wise to misrepresent, lie and cheat hoping to present your organization in a more favorable light! It is possible you might get caught in lies and then be outed as being 'fundamentally' dishonest!
We researchers at the Ethnos Truth Project are posting information about Ethnos Leaders which we believe is factual including from eyewitness accounts of persons we have spoken with who have said they will cooperate fully with authorities if they are subpoenaed. Several are anxiously awaiting the opportunity to finally set the record straight once and for all.
We are not 'hating on' anyone at Ethnos as some will claim, but we are 100% committed to publishing the truth and bringing some people to justice.
We implore any current or former persons at NTM/Ethnos who may be fearful of speaking out... as one attorney told us, "The last thing Ethnos would do is open themselves up to actual discovery by persons who know their secrets. They may bluff and bluster all day long, but in the end their own lies will trap them. a clear conscience is worth risking threats of retaliation. we are on standby to help"
