IMPORTANT 2024 IHART UPDATE
Since the original publication of this information in mid-2023, by June of 2024, Ethnos Truth Project has received multiple whistle-blower reports that there are MANY Child Sexual Abuse cases alleged to have happened since 2013 and others more recently in 2020 - 2022 in the USA and Overseas which HQ is allegedly aware of, and which were 'not' included in the recently released "IHART World Report" for a variety of reasons. Some Survivor families tell ETP that, at the time, they were never told by HQ that there were other victims of the same offender(s), leading some families to decline to press their cases further. Now that word of this website is spreading, more and more cases are being brought forward to ETP.
These are ALLEGATIONS, but they do fit a common pattern that ETP has identified.
Prelude -
Below, The Ethnos Truth Project will methodically expose some of the obscure truth behind what we termed "The IHART Deception".
There are Mission Members and their Supporters who may have no idea that some of the present Executive Leadership at Ethnos360 in 2024 are the same men who were Executive Board Members at NTM in 2009 when they repeatedly vowed to resolve all the "Historical Child Abuse Cases" that could be identified.
Sadly, what these men ended up doing instead, is itself a brand new and even larger scandal than the one the NTM Executives were facing in 2009. Instead of keeping their word, they chose to go down a path of deception that was almost impossible to leave, because to change course at any time after the beginning, would force them to publicly admit what evil they (still) are doing right under our noses.
If we are wise, we will examine both sides of an issue to determine the truth. The Ethnos Truth Project research below will demonstrate that NTM/Ethnos360 Executives are "knowingly" continuing to deceive the public about their Cover-ups of past Child Abuse Cover-ups and other types of Corporate Malfeasance.
Ask yourself...
1) If these Executive Leaders at Ethnos360 were actually committed to making certain that "all victims of past child abuse within NTM are investigated regardless of the timeframe", as they've publicly proclaimed since 2009, is it logical that they would have allowed IHART to stretch out the “investigation process” from 2011 clear until the end of 2023?
2) In what legitimate organization, would "executives" with nothing to hide, be allowed to display this level of (at the least) gross incompetence? By the facts we have uncovered, this is more likely intentional Corporate Malfeasance to hide very serious problems within the organization.
3) is it possible (or even likely) that these E360 Executives have secretly Colluded and then Conspired to make certain that the "IHART Process" outlasted the resources of the innocent Child Abuse Victims they callously betrayed in their zeal to "protect God's work"?
Examine the evidence below to help clarify the answers to the above questions. This is critical information.

IHART WAS THE PERFECT COVER STORY TO GIVE NTM AND THEN ETHNOS360 EXECUTIVES "PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY"
What is "plausible deniability"?
In 2011, on the heels of the (actually) independent 2010 G.R.A.C.E. Report which NTM couldn't control, NTM Executives created a (supposedly independent) entity they named "IHART" and using many false assurances documented below to convince many of the NTM Child Abuse Survivors (Mk's) that their abuse claims would be investigated by a neutral third party, NTM Leadership was able to secretly manipulate the outcomes of those future child abuse investigations in a number of important ways.
Put simply, "plausible deniability" immediately allowed NTM to use this new investigative entity as a shield to shift the negative publicity and day to day responsibility for "doing something" away from NTM itself. Anyone who raised questions or made claims was told to contact IHART directly so NTM could "deny" NTM was at fault.
From a corporate standpoint, NTM could now 'plausibly" place the blame for any investigation delays upon this 3rd-party organization, who of course had nothing to do with the original problem. The supposedly independent IHART was who would carefully investigate and then recommend a solution while NTM's Leadership piously professed their dedication to patiently wait for the results. They pretended they didn't know they themselves had been actively stonewalling the Abuse Survivors for years. IHART was a convenient tool.
On the surface, everything sounded reasonable to Mission Members, and some of the Survivors who were deceived into thinking IHART was legitimately independent. In fact, as the documentation proves, NTM Leadership knew they were engaging in deception, but they had made a decision to do whatever was necessary to save the mission corporation, even if it meant sacrificing 100's of their own Mk's in the process.
Those facts are the reality of where things stand.
FAST FORWARD TO 2022 AND THE TRUTH ABOUT IHART IS EVIDENT
APPROACHING 2023, ETHNOS360 LEADERSHIP IS EMBARRASSING THEMSELVES AND ADMITTING THEIR FAILURES BY BEING "THANKFUL FOR PROGRESS" AFTER 12 YEARS.
Talk about piously spinning bad results! The brutal facts show that Larry Brown and the others in power were not serious about getting to the bottom of Child Abuse at NTM when they commissioned IHART in 2011 after the very uncomfortable aftermath of the G.R.A.C.E. Report in 2010.
For this analysis, words and promises from Ethnos Leadership are measured against actions and verified results to help us make our determinations and support our allegations of malfeasance by Leadership.
No legitimate corporate board (let alone a self-proclaimed Fundamental Christian Evangelical Mission) seeking the truth would allow a Child Sex (and other) Abuse Scandal to remain festering and unresolved for 12 more years, unless, that Mission Board had a propaganda department to keep the world from discovering what they were doing, and then play Whack-a-Mole whenever their victims tried to complain about "the process".
With the above noted, let's go back to review more of the introduction of IHART so we can track how NTM/Ethnos managed to pull off such an audacious deception.
