Quiet Leavers are the multitude of families who were once thriving Members of NTM/Ethnos but who had the misfortune of naively trusting their Leadership to handle problems in a Godly manner.
Typically, Leadership convinced them 'they alone' were the problem because they were "divisively confronting their Leaders" about a serious issue.
Good Members with conscience often chose to dis-associate themselves from the organization rather than risk being labeled as "Divisive Troublemakers".
Mission Leadership has squelched honest questions to become "The Untouchables".
ETP is challenging the "Power Structure" in Sanford.
During our extensive research, we kept finding stories of family after family over the years who were dedicated to their higher calling but who had 'gone on furlough' from their fields and then quietly resigned, often with vague explanations given by Leadership later which their Field Co-workers suspected were less than transparent.
E360 Leadership often uses un-godly tactics like Intimidation and Retaliation to force good people out.
Many Members and Supporters would be shocked if they knew the true numbers of the 'purging' worldwide!
From the vantage point of history, and after gathering enough data to see the bigger picture, it is apparent that there is a well-defined pattern to many of these "leavings". The best words we can use to describe what has happened are "compartmentalization and isolation".
Mission Leadership has exploited a very serious flaw in the Corporate Structure that prevents Membership at large from having an uncensored channel of cross-communication between themselves.
False narratives are fed to Members "top down" with no viable provision for discussion, let alone honest debate.
Challenge the official narrative more than once, and you are suddenly the focus of 'corporate ire'.

Either courageous people of conscience, both Members and Supporters, come together with ETP to speak out against ongoing Abuse and Cover-ups plus Corporate Wrongdoing at the top of Ethnos360 (which are still happening in 2024) and then demand actual transparent accountability from Mission Leadership, or else nothing will change, and the lies and deceit coming from Sanford HQ will continue to destroy individual missionaries one by one, just as has happened to the 100's of innocent Abused NTM Mk's who are being silently sacrificed for the sake of protecting "the work" at any cost, including destroyed families.
