Abuse Survivors we've spoken with beg to differ. You were on the Executive Board along with many other men who failed to do the right thing for innocent Child Abuse Survivors. You looked them in the eye and made promises that you failed to keep.
In fact, collectively, we can prove (by a preponderance of the evidence) that you and others in Executive Leadership positions actually delayed or even prevented justice for Child Abuse Survivors because you needed to protect the economic and reputational viability of the Mission, regardless of the cost.
You sat in on meetings with Survivors. You know perfectly well that NTM/Ethnos Leadership has been very dishonest about what the Executive Board was doing ever since NTM promised a growing list of Survivors that NTM would hire independent investigations of their claims.
You had to know that IHART was not independent, and even when it became common knowledge IHART was 100% a function of NTM, apparently you never had the character to correct the record?
If there is a document somewhere that we missed where you called a news conference in front of Ethnos Headquarters to publicly distance yourself from the rest of Executive Board, by all means send that to us and we will post it and issue an immediate retraction.
We do not think it ever happened. Maybe you could have a change of heart and do it before it is too late!

DAN, HOW COULD YOU WRITE THIS TO ABUSE SURVIVORS YOU HAD JUST MET WITH?
You and other Mission Executives did all you could not to speed up the investigations of Child Abuse you knew about years prior, but the very next day you Executives announced that NTM's "Legal Counsel" Theresa Sidebotham was running IHART for NTM. The (Original) Pii Panama Final Report needlessly went on ice for another year and a half on your watch Dan. We’ve spent hours interviewing Survivors who you and other “Leaders” betrayed. Their pain is real Dan.
In 2023, over 8 years after signing this disingenuous letter you are still culpable for decisions you Mission Executives made to "slow-walk" IHART Investigations.
You men can deny and deflect all you'd like, but basic logic and a $1 calendar will convict all of you.
Your actions as an Executive speak really loudly Mr Falls. Maybe you should be the one who decides that repentance is better than stubborn resistance.
