2009 AFTER ENDURING EIGHT MORE MONTHS OF NTM STONEWALLING...
…Since they'd met with CEO Larry Brown and other NTM Executives in 2008 at Sanford, exasperated NTM Mk Child Abuse Survivors sent this "Final Plea" to appeal once again to the Executive Board at New Tribes Mission Inc to do the right thing and follow up on their promises to come to an agreement to have an independent third party investigation into the many Child Abuse cases within NTM that had been covered up for so many years.
Below is a copy of that "Final Plea" from 2009. Notice that the current Ethnos360 CEO Larry Brown, is mentioned as not having acted on his promises to Survivors in 2008. Nearly 15 years later, does it seem like Larry Brown has displayed the level of Godly Leadership that should be expected of a Christian Mission CEO?

A full 10-years after the "Final Plea" was sent to NTM, following betrayal and broken promises, in 2019 five of these NTM Mk Child Abuse Survivors bravely appeared on National TV on the MSNBC Today Show to make their cause public, and to appeal to those same Executives who were smugly continuing the Cover-ups of past Child Abuse Cover-ups within the Mission that they steadfastly continue to insist are all in the distant past.
These Executives all knew, and yet they have failed to fully acknowledge the extent of the Abuse Cases let alone keep their solemn promises from 2008 to do everything possible to help Survivors (and to prevent new victims).
This respected group of current Ethnos360 Executives led by the very same CEO, Larry M Brown, have been boldly lying to the entire world. God is not fooled. Watch and see what happens.

Also important to note is that at least 2 of the 5 women highlighted in the February 7, 2019 Today Show segment had met 'personally' with NTM Chairman Brown and other NTM Executives back in 2008!
After months of empty promises from NTM and no action, in 2009 they formed a Blog on FandaEagles.com which resulted in a large number of MK's sending an open letter to NTM Executives titled "A Final Plea" which is also published on this site.
The Survivor's "Final Plea"letter to NTM written in 2009 states they (survivors) "were not willing to wait another 10 years".

ETHNOS 360 HAS TRIED TO EXPLAIN THIS ONE AWAY...
NTM CEO LARRY BROWN HELPED ABWE AVOID A 2011 SEX SCANDAL
Chairman Brown and other NTM Executives became implicated in the cover-up of another Child Sex Abuse Scandal - this one at different foreign mission organization, the Baptist organization called ABWE.
On 2011, our own Mr Larry Brown and other un-named NTM Executives advised his friend Michael Loftis, the embattled ABWE President, on how to maintain control of the flow of information to keep the Child Sexual Abuse scandal under way at ABWE from exploding with the resulting threat of Abuse Victim Lawsuits against ABWE.
NTM Executives are quoted in the Investigation Report as saying they lamented the fact that NTM had allowed G.R.A.C.E. to investigate Historical Child Abuse at NTM, basically because the 2010 G.R.A.C.E. Report had released the truth that NTM Leadership Personnel were directly culpable for trying to hide NTM Mk Child Abuse cases for years.

Very few Members or Supporters are aware that their NTM/Ethnos Leadership has been implicated in this terrible Cover-up of an "admitted" Child Abuser, a despicable corporate behavior which the Ethnos Leadership has a history of doing themselves.
Also not well-known amoung Ethnos Members, is that in the 2011 Executive Level discussions with ABWE, several of which were actually hosted at NTM Headquarters, CEO Brown was promoting Attorney Theresa Sidebotham to ABWE as an expert in helping Churches and other Evangelical Organizations defend themselves against lawsuits from Child Abuse Survivors. Is it any surprise that for the last nine years, Ethnos360 is using that same "Scandal Manager" to help shield Ethnos from further Liability for their own historical Abuse Cases by using her to oversee IHART?
The Ethnos Truth Project is being attacked for pointing out the obvious deception on the Ethnos360 Website where Ethnos tries to make it sound like they and Sidebotham do not have a long Attorney/Client History dating years before Attorney Sidebotham was "installed" as the Coordinator/Director of IHART in late 2014.

2008 NTM Modifies Articles of Incorporation - Adds Indemnity
PAY ATTENTION TO THE DATE AND THE CURIOUS WORDING
There is a lot of important context to consider here. Larry Brown has asserted in the past that he wasn't aware of the scope of the abuse claims that NTM would be facing until more than a year after this new article Xii was added to the NTM Incorporation filings in Florida.
Note that the wording regarding indemnity puts the NTM/Ethnos360 Corporation on the hook for paying defense costs of not only Executives but also undefined "key personnel" generically, if they are personally named in any future "proceedings".
Indemnity for Corporate Officers is common since they can be named personally in lawsuits against a corporation regardless of their involvement in the events which triggered the lawsuits. (Conspiracy to cover up Child Sexual Abuse cases is another matter entirely)
"Key personnel" is a very broad-brush clause… If you understand what was going on at NTM during this time, what is even more interesting, is that they included the language in Part 3 which specifically mentions "any criminal proceedings". We think this suggests that Larry Brown knew much more in 2008 than he admits now.
After this Ethnos Truth Project investigation, we know that Chairman Brown and all of the Executives 'did' know much more. Soon everyone will know what we do about why NTM Leaders were scrambling for cover in 2008!
