Further below are just two 'publicly available examples' of Intimidation and open retaliation against Ethnos360 Members who refused to back down from confronting serious wrongdoing by E360 Leadership.
ETP has received specific allegations that there are other Missionary Families who have been similarly Emotionally and Spiritually Abused by E360 HQ more recently.
ETP is not publishing non-public details pending authorization.
The historical stories we've read and what we hear from Survivors are often similar. Former members who recently spoke out, but were rebuffed, relate that intimidation begins with emails and verbal threats of "consequences" coming from Brion Kendzora and others at HQ if members refuse to remain silent about unresolved issues. Brion works under Personnel Director Brian Coombs.
Leadership is functionally exempt from adhering to their own Policy Manual, and 'especially' the one that prohibits 'retaliation'. Retaliation happened all too often over the years, and it is 'still' happening today when Members refuse to accept what are provable lies coming from Leadership who know under the Ethnos Corporate Bylaws they cannot be held accountable internally.
Retaliation a clear violation of policy, yet when you are a Corporate Mission Organization with almost no outside oversight and a history of getting away with gross violations of ethics and even laws for years on end, you can arrogantly do pretty much as you please until you are finally trapped by your own lies. Wider exposure is coming.
A 53-year missionary couple serving Overseas had announced their retirement and paid the 50% deposit* towards possession of the Duplex at "THE HOMES" retirement complex in Florida which had been allocated to them, to be occupied in January of 2024.
When these missionaries refused to accept 'explanations' from Executive Leadership which they had reason to believe were, at best, misleading, Ethnos banned them from their retirement housing and gave them a deadline to RESIGN (or presumably, be FIRED). Leadership firmly denies the ban was an act of "retaliation".
ETP thinks the facts suggest otherwise. Stay tuned for more.
(*) Without permission beforehand, and against their stated wishes, E360 returned the 50% Duplex deposit to the missionaries, 'unilaterally' terminating ongoing discussions regarding 'options'.
It appears to ETP* that Ethnos 360 Leadership decided that disrupting Brazil's Aviation Program was easier than allowing this missionary couple to raise uncomfortable questions with HQ regarding public allegations of cover-ups of Child Abuse, and other serious issues they had become aware of.
(*) So far, the Rich's have 'only' confirmed to ETP that they resigned from the organization rather than violate their consciences.
This is Emotional and Spiritual Abuse that is taking place at the hands of Corporate Mission Leaders who have gotten away with this un-godly practice for far too long.
Unfortunately, given the lack of leadership accountability, and the fact that Ethnos tightly controls the flow of information to Field Missionaries, very few Members and Supporters ever learn the truth about why some fellow Members left the Mission.
Speaking out takes extreme courage, but it is the only recourse to make certain meaningful changes are made at the top levels so this situation never happens again.
Ethnos Truth Project believes that it is time to approach this problem in a different way, one which Ethnos cannot control.
Before we explain how real change can happen, let's take a closer look at the (false) "No Retaliation" promise highlighted below.
Retaliation against Members and Survivors who call out Leadership is despicable but it is certainly nothing new. Aside from postings on Social Media over the years, since the publication of this ETP website, we have been contacted by numerous families who shared the same patterns of Emotional and Spiritual Abuse at the hands of the "Corporate Machine" which is filled with "untouchables".
Some of their stories will be chronicled below as time permits. We have a lot of stories to choose from since E360 has been doing this for a very long time.
As with many subjects that Ethnos Leadership is confronted on, it is very doubtful Ethnos HQ would agree to any sort of public debate about even 10 of the 70 or more public allegations against them. There is no provision in the Bylaws which allows Members to hold leadership to 'any' standard, let alone force change from within the organization. We believe the only way is to publicly expose the wrong.
Ethnos knows that in any sort of setting that Ethnos360 cannot fully control, they will lose the arguments on the facts.
When Leadership violates this policy, they know that there is no way they can be held accountable from within.
ETP cannot find where anyone has had E360 Leaders put under oath, and so apart from subpoenas, they can lie with impunity. And some do. Regularly.
THEIR 'UNFORGIVABLE VIOLATIONS' YOU ASK?
STEADFASTLY REFUSING HQ'S DEMANDS THEY STAY SILENT REGARDING PROVABLE PUBLIC ALLEGATIONS OF SERIOUS MALFEASANCE BY ETHNOS360's LEADERSHIP.
This sobering example of retaliation against Members demanding Truth from Mission Leadership instead of more lies-by-omission, is only the 'latest' in a long series of such un-godly actions by Corporate Mission Leaders against persons who dared confront Leadership internally, only to be intimidated and then openly retaliated against.

ETP finds that at Ethnos360's Leadership level, evidence shows that it isn't always about spreading the Gospel, sometimes it is more about protecting provably dishonest persons with Corporate Titles who do not want their corporate misdeeds publicized.
