New Abuse Lawsuit! Why is B Coombs still an E360 'Leader'?
In recent months, ETP has received multiple emails from persons who claim they have direct knowledge of situations where, ALLEGEDLY, Mr Coombs has failed to follow NTM/E360 Child Protection Policies, "Mandatory Reporting" of Child Sexual Abuse and other Fiduciary Obligations required of persons in E360 Leadership.
There are so many of these allegations, backed up by multiple witness statements, that in May 2024, after Law Enforcement Sex Crimes Investigators contacted ETP on 'one' case they were investigating, ETP gave them information that not only were there allegations Brian Coombs had knowledge of "many" alleged and suspected CSA cases within E360, but also numerous other men in Leadership were also accused of having knowledge of other cases, but allegedly, they too did not go to the Authorities.
One important difference between Brian Coombs and all the rest, is that he is the ONLY ONE that has the Corporate Title of "Ethnos360 Director of Child Safety". ETP predicts that this is going to become a legal millstone for Mr Coombs.

Based upon the way this Dismissal is worded, Ethnos360 led everyone to believe that E360 acted to remove the prolific serial Child Abuser ALMOST IMMEDIATELY after they knew about him, which is a False Assumption based upon a TECHNICALITY.
The Truth is, so many alleged Abuse Victims came to light during an unrelated IHART Abuse Investigation that E360 finally 'had' to act.
Reportedly, E360 had been warned about Rand Burgett for YEARS, but they chose to keep those reports "in-house".
Not only that, the "reporting to appropriate authorities" was so thorough, and the REMAINING threat to the public was so great, that in January of 2024 one of Rand's sons announced on Social Media that a website was published to warn the world his father was walking free.

Brian Coombs and the Ethnos Executive Leadership team received countless opportunities over the years to admit they'd been deceptive and then "come clean". Instead, Brian and other Leaders steadfastly stuck to their well-worn cover stories and collectively acted like they were "The Untouchables". Members are being deceived.
We have posted just a few examples of Brian Coomb's intentional deceptions below. It is a sad fact that there are so many lies to choose from under Brian's signature that it is difficult to prioritize which of them to present.

Frankly, if you did actually care, you would have gone on the record dozens of times when Larry Brown and others before you told Lies-By-Omission claiming the Board was "walking in integrity" when it was not. Shame on you!

During our "deep dive" we discovered some interesting but obscure documents. Say what you will, Larry Brown was a visionary! He apparently had visions of 2024 clear back in 2008!
Mr Coombs is a lucky man since Larry Brown made sure that the Ethnos Corporation will pay for defending him if he is found to have been involved in anything chargeable. (Not our job to prove, one way or another)
Let's explore the history of Corporate Indemnity within NTM/E360 Mission. The first recorded instance of adding an 'Indemnity Clause' to the Mission Corporation filings is on May 9, 2008. Read below to learn why this date is important.
Following the picture of the original Indemnity Article XII posted further below, we will address a very important change to "Indemnity" which was quietly filed in 2017, which severely limited 'who' in E360 may have personal Defense Costs paid.
