THERE IS NO REASON TO FEAR WHAT HAPPENS NEXT. GOD IS PLENTY ABLE TO TURN THIS IMMEDIATE LEADERSHIP CRISIS INTO BLESSINGS.
For one thing, there are no typical functions of the Mission Operations worldwide that require the day to day hands-on presence of the 6 ELT members to keep the wheels or heli-rotors spinning.
The other 4 Executive Board Members only meet occasionally to take care of Corporate Duties.
A smooth transition to new leadership 'can' be made once there is Godly resolve to make it happen.
Resolve to change can only come from widespread understanding of the problems and the possible solutions. Upheaval is never easy, but in this case it cannot be avoided.
There are plenty of other organizations who've paved the way for reforms that are needed now. There is no need to allow a handful of corrupt men at HQ to dictate the terms of their departure.
Every Mission Member and every Supporting Church needs to look into these specific allegations of Leadership Malfeasance and the supporting documentation and then 'with conviction' reach out to contact their Representatives and Field Leadership to make certain they understand that this cannot be ignored, because it is not going away.
Not this time.
