Can anyone explain why Brian Coombs is allowed to remain a Member of E360 let alone continue on the Executive Board and serve as Director of Child Safety?
BRIAN COOMBS IS UNIVERSALLY NAMED TO ETP BY ABUSE SURVIVOR FAMILIES WHO ALLEGE THAT HE AND OTHER E360 LEADERS HAVE REFUSED TO PROPERLY RESPOND TO ABUSE ALLEGATIONS.
Beginning in May of 2024, Law Enforcement Child Sex Abuse Investigators requested that Ethnos Truth Project provide additional evidence relating to 'an' alleged non-reporting of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) by certain persons within Ethnos360. Investigators were unprepared for ETP's response to their initial questions which we followed up with extensive documentation.
ETP told Investigators that in addition to the specific case they were inquiring about, ETP had been given evidence of 'many' such ALLEGED cases over several years, and in multiple jurisdictions. The common denominator in every alleged instance is that someone(s) in a Leadership capacity within E360 were allegedly informed of the specifics, but (reportedly) they subsequently failed to respond as required by E360 Policies and applicable "Mandatory Reporting" Laws depending on the jurisdiction.
(*) "LEADERSHIP CAPACITY" HERE INCLUDES E360 FIELD OR TRAINING CENTER LEADERS WHO MAY NOT BE "EXECUTIVES".
Given the number of 'alleged' non-reported CSA cases in the USA and Overseas that ETP has been tracking during the past year, and the significant number of persons within E360 who have been named by Survivors and Witnesses as having knowledge of suspected or confirmed Abuse, it was abundantly clear to L.E. that the scope of the criminal investigations into (potentially) criminal wrongdoing by persons within Ethnos360 itself must be broadened to include State and Federal Authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
JULY 2024 - THE MULTI-AGENCY BROADENING OF SCOPE HAS BEGUN
Fast forward to July 5 of 2024 when this news story out of Texas broke with many non-redacted details of the "Confidential Settlement" of a Child Sexual Abuse Civil Lawsuit filed in 2020 against a Church Organization. Interestingly, the lawsuit filing had named EIGHT of the Church's ordained leaders as "co-defendants" along with the Organization itself.
REMEMBER THIS "CO-DEFENDANT" LEGAL CONCEPT BECAUSE IT WILL PROBABLY BECOME IMPORTANT WITHIN E360 LATER ON.
Because of the shocking similarities between what is documented to have gone on recently within E360 and what has just been published about the Texas case, ETP has underlined in red some relevant portions of the Complaint Filing from 2020 in order to highlight several facts about the many allegedly (even criminally) negligent and apparently malicious actions by Church Leaders which eventually led to the Abuse Plaintiff's filing of the civil lawsuit.

Secondly, these Defendants actively interfered in an ongoing criminal investigation! INCREDIBLY, (AND UNFORTUNATELY IN ETP'S OPINION), THE TEXAS PLAINTIFF DID NOT SEEK CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THE "ORDAINED" PASTORAL STAFF, AND INSTEAD, THEY ONLY SOUGHT A MONETARY SETTLEMENT, WHICH, AFTER 4 YEARS OF DELAYS BY THE CHURCH LEGAL TEAMS, HAS FINALLY HAPPENED.
ETP SUGGESTS THAT PERSONS INSIDE OF E360 SHOULD ALWAYS BE CAREFUL NOT TO BE DISHONEST WITH INVESTIGATORS WHO 'OFTEN' KNOW THE ANSWERS 'BEFORE' THEY ASK THE QUESTIONS!

ETP wonders if there may be an "Amended Complaint" filed later to include Mr Coombs who "regularly" is named to ETP by Abuse Survivors and Whistle-Blowers as having direct knowledge of Abuse Allegations, but allegedly, to shield the Organization, he often fails to protect others from harm, while simultaneously shielding offenders as long as possible. This is NOT anything new at E360.
In a different case (also at the Missouri Training Center aka MTC) Law Enforcement disputes Mr Coomb's claims that he 'properly' notified Authorities of suspected Child Abuse according to Missouri's Mandatory Reporting Laws. It will be up to State and Federal Authorities to advance any potential violations of RICO Statutes which are not part of this individual Civil Complaint.

JULY 20, 2024 - DALLON ANDERSON... as E360 COO are you SURE YOUR AFFIDAVITS are 'FULLY' ACCURATE?
DID YOU KNOW - Everything that a Corporation files in legal actions is (generally) a Public Record and literally anyone can view and copy the case files?
What if people who know the Truth looked at various lawsuit case files to learn what Ethnos360 Inc represented to the court, under oath?
Whistle-Blowers who've contacted ETP have serious doubts about the accuracy and completeness of some of Dallon's sworn statements, and they've sent multiple sets of "receipts" to ETP for analysis and authentication.
The batches of documents ETP has seen so far (with many more to follow) have raised eyebrows in and out of ETP. We have fact-checked numerous official statements by Dallon Anderson in 2023 and 2024 that he made in his capacity as Chief Operating Officer at Ethnos360. We and others outside of ETP have identified many discrepancies in those documents which will need to be explained.
DID YOU KNOW #2 - When a Corporate Officer submits Affidavits (sworn statements) as part of Lawsuits being filed, that Officer has a Legal and Fiduciary Duty to make certain that all of his statements and all of the supporting evidence he submits to the court are accurate and also 'authentic'?
Whistle-Blowers who have provided solid documentation to ETP to counter Dallon Anderson's official statements in court filings, are suggesting that Dallon is either mis-informed (which they doubt), or perhaps he has intentionally tried to skirt the truth to paint E360 in a more favorable light than is deserved.

Fast forward to 2024, this is a new era, and if YOU were a "Mandatory Reporter" and an investigation reveals that you had "knowledge of suspected abuse" but for 'any' reason (including feared retaliation by Leadership for coming forward) you have not reported, perhaps after relying upon bad legal advice from HQ, it will not be a valid 'personal' defense for 'you'!

Since you and other E360 Leaders seem almost allergic to Truth and Transparency, it is going to arrive from the outside in venues that you cannot control. It looks to ETP like NDA's and intimidation are losing their effectiveness. We understand from our sources that several families who you apparently thought you'd managed to get rid of forever are steadily preparing to publicly expose what you and others in E360 Leadership did to them while trying to protect the Ethnos360 brand instead of preventing more Abuse like you claim publicly.

In recent months and weeks, ETP has received multiple emails with serious ALLEGATIONS from persons who claim they have direct knowledge of situations where, SUPPOSEDLY, Mr Copley MAY HAVE failed to follow NTM/E360 Child Protection Policies and other Fiduciary Obligations required of persons in E360 Leadership.
UNTIL OUTSIDE INVESTIGATIONS HAPPEN, IF THEY DO, ETP REMAINS AVAILABLE FOR ANYONE TO REFUTE OR SUPPORT WHAT IS REPORTED.
Unfortunately, as an Executive Board Member of Ethnos360 USA, to date, Keith Copley has not reached out to refute any allegations against the E360 Board generally, and now there are several allegations of official wrongdoing being made against him personally.

ANOTHER PAGE ON THE WALL OF SHAME IS BRION KENDZORA, THE PUBLIC FACE OF E360 INTERNAL RETALIATION*
(*) Ethnos360 doesn't publish their Corporate Structure. They will undoubtedly deny the concept that there 'is' a secret 'Intimidation and Retaliation Department' operating within the organization, but ETP has "receipts" signed by Brion Kendzora and others which seem to verify reports that E360 does engage in Retaliation if Members refuse to back away from attempts to hold Leadership accountable internally.
JUNE 24, 2024 - An interesting new screenshot has been added to Brion Kendzora's personal 'Shame Page' (linked below) that appears to (accidentally) reveal the use of the same Form Letter being sent to [80+] E360 Members over an unknown period of time, to issue Policy Violation warnings such as are described in the "Intimidation" and "Retaliation" definition graphics on his page. ETP has proven that E360 Leadership often does not follow their own Policies, especially regarding reporting Child Abuse. Retaliation is prohibited by the same Policy Manual, but has any Leader ever been disciplined for doing so? Crickets...

KENDZORA UPDATE JUNE 20, 2024 - It has come to ETP's attention we failed to mention previously that during a flurry of activity some weeks ago, courtesy of some (formerly) "Quiet Leavers" who saw the information .info posted here, came to understand they were 'not' an isolated case after all. As a result of learning that ETP was engaged by Law Enforcement, another 'document dump' arrived to ETP's inbox with a trove of unredacted communications from the (de-facto) "E360 Retaliation Department".
According to the instructions and limitations given to ETP, those private emails and timelines were to be made available to Law Enforcement to augment an investigation into whether (or not) ALLEGED improper "intimidation and retaliation tactics" may have been used by E360 Personnel against Members, as a form of leverage, 'possibly' designed to either silence or ensure their un-planned departure from Ethnos360 Inc. (How many of these cases exist? ETP knows of 'many' now.)

Has Mr Kendzora ever considered whether or not he's unwittingly being set up by his superiors to become the eventual "fall guy" if legal push-back from his over-zealous intimidation actions against Members ever comes to haunt him later on?(Brion as Asst Director of Personnel, likely answers to Brian Coombs the Director of Personnel at E360, so it is unclear whether BK can act unilaterally on major decisions that he signs his name to, or if those come down to him from above.)
As detailed on the "Nostradamus Brown" page, it appears that "E360 Personnel" such as Mr Kendzora, who have Administrative Titles, but who are not "Executives" of Ethnos360, may not have "Article X" Immunity available, to pay for their defense costs if they become personally ensnared in future litigation. (It is possible to be named as a co-defendant, even if one is not adjudicated as guilty of an allegation).
It's well past time for some real-life "Intimidation and Retaliation" exposure .
Exposure of hidden on-going corruption at the top of Ethnos360 is coming to this Ethnos Truth Project website since E360 Leadership has arrogantly ignored all previous warnings to stop doubling down on lies and deceptions.

- Leadership allegedly refusing to remove alleged Abusers of any age or gender from E360 Facilities worldwide as a necessary preventative measure to protect innocent persons at those facilities.
- Alleged failure by Leadership Personnel to pro-actively notify families whose minor children may have been subjected to Abuse by persons which were identified to Leadership as being reasonably suspected of Abuse, but for unknown reasons the Abusers were shielded.
- Relocation of alleged or suspected Abusers from where they were stationed to any other location within E360, while failing to notify persons in the new location that the person being re-located was suspected or alleged to have abused previously.
- Alleged misuse or redirection of funds to other purposes not disclosed to the donor at the time the donation was made. ETP is aware of and has published below the recent change in the Donor Disclosure which permits E360 to use donated funds for any purpose as determined by E360. The new disclosure appears to be in conflict with other representations E360 has published elsewhere.
- Alleged refusal by the Executive Board to allow the investigation of serious misconduct allegations made against a fellow Board Member.

IF E360 'did not' intend to word the Donor Disclosure to create the 'open ended and unilateral' authority it gives them, then, to avoid suspicion, why couldn't E360 modify the Disclosure to read "If we cannot honor your initial preference, we will contact you for alternatives, including to apply your gift where most needed"?
Ethnos360 typically publishes statements, where the exact wording is used FOR A REASON , which 'may be' a Loop Hole.
Anyone who thinks that E360 would never take advantage of an opportunity to stack the deck in their favor, has never studied E360's dismal history of questionable practices.
