In real life at E360, what HQ actually means is "either you will agree to accept the Official Public Narrative on the subject you have confronted Leadership about, and then remain quiet and never bring this up again to Leadership or anyone else, in or out of the Mission, OR ELSE!
Legal experts and Law Enforcement make those determinations.
What Ethnos360 Leaders fail to grasp is that Members with biblical character understand that they cannot "reconcile" with men that are doing evil things in the name of "protecting the work" or "advancing the gospel".
The next step E360 routinely takes (often) crosses the boundary between 'Intimidation' and veers into 'Retaliation'.

RELATED TO POTENTIAL LIABILITY - (if E360 retaliation became illegality, Legal Counsel told ETP "we're on standby to help advocate, since Ethnos360 has traditionally held the balance of power, and hurting Members have no way to push back on their own").
UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. ALL PERSONS NAMED ON .INFO ARE TO BE PRESUMED INNOCENT OF ALL ALLEGATIONS MADE AGAINST THEM, NO MATTER HOW MANY ACCUMULATE.
Florida is an "at will" employment State, meaning that, in general, organizations can dismiss Members for 'any' reason and even without the need of an explanation. "Your services are no longer needed here" is legally sufficient for asking someone to leave.
FOR EXAMPLE, "at will employment" does not mean that an employer can use any type of coercive means in an attempt to force a person to do something that is against their consciences, including ignoring apparent internal Cover-ups of alleged Child Abuse.
(*) Depending on the nature of the potential crimes that may have happened during the course of corporate retaliation, the "appropriate authorities" may be State or Federal as opposed to Local at the County Level.
Retaliation against Members and Survivors who call out Leadership is despicable but it is certainly nothing new. Aside from postings on Social Media over the years, since the publication of this ETP website, we have been contacted by numerous families who shared the same patterns of Emotional and Spiritual Abuse at the hands of the "Corporate Machine" which is filled with "untouchables".
There is no provision in the Bylaws which allows Members to hold leadership to 'any' standard, let alone force change from within the organization. We believe the only way is to publicly expose the wrong.
Mr Kendzora may eventually discover that, unlike routinely ignoring Ethnos360's written Policies, Laws and Statutes 'DO' have to be adhered to, or else later on there is the potential of some "legal liability consequences" for 'not' having done so.
Ethnos knows that in any sort of setting that Ethnos360 cannot fully control, they will lose the arguments on the facts.
When Leadership violates this policy, they know that there is no way they can be held accountable from within.
ETP cannot find where anyone has had E360 Leaders put under oath, and so apart from subpoenas, they can lie with impunity. And some do. Regularly.
In plain-language interpretation(*) of Article X above, anyone in ETHNOS360 working under some kind of "Corporate Title" but who is not a Member of the Executive Board, nor an Officer of ETHNOS360 Corporation, is EXCLUDED from having their Personal Legal Defense expenses paid for by E360 Inc should they be included in some kind of legal proceeding.
ETP urges all persons like Brion Kendzora who have Job Titles which indicate administrative positions (Assistant Director of XYZ) within E360 to seek PRIVATE LEGAL COUNSEL, immediately! "Consequences" is a two-way street!
Based upon knowledge and belief ETP expects that some persons at E360 with such titles may be named in future litigation.
(*) ETP are 'not' lawyers, we consult them, and everyone must do their own Due Diligence!
